Carlisle, Pennsylvania’s road diet project has garnered kudos for its designer, Dewberry.
The Mid-Atlantic Section of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (MASITE) announced that the project was named the 2011 MASITE Project of the Year for Small to Medium Scale Projects (under $5 million).
